Lack of and vague communication from senior leadership. London office is the most depressing place to work, there has been times where I’ve said “good morning” etc at the coffee machine and the majority of people ignore you. Workload is unmanageable most times and deadlines unrealistic but we keep getting the message of work faster which often leads to mistakes and then you’re made out to be incompetent.
