      Benefits and nice colleagues. Good Benefits. Work from home is good for work life balance

      Cons

      Do not hire enough people for the work load. Upper management is out of touch. largest emphasis on calls per hour ect, has become more and more like a glorified call centre and not a sustainable career

      Great co-workers. Pay was good. Nice benefits and opportunity to purchase company shares.

      Cons

      Workload way over what a person can accomplish. Had to work overtime just to stay afloat. Hit and miss training. Volume of work counted for more than quality. Poor work/life balance.

      Great Pay, but varies by location of office, without being tied to the cost of living in the various cities. Full Benefits. Plenty of career opportunities and growth.

      No Work Life balance. Coworkers come in on days off to remain caught up. High Turnover Rate
