      Fantastic place to work

      Pros

      The benefits here are great, and the people are fantastic. Sometimes management can be spotty - but personally I have had nothing but great experiences.

      Cons

      Offices aren't the nicest, and amenities are a bit inconsistent across different offices.

      Not fair with employee

      good benefits, decent working environment

      Cons

      No support system for the employee, only take one side of the story. Do not take time to discuss solutions with employee to make it work in their position if there's might be some improvement needed. Will not hesitate to fire you without warning even with a great performance review from your manager. Higher managements say they live by their value but not true for most of them.
