National company that is strong in recruitment, work-life balance opportunities, education and training, internal cross training and development
Cons
As with most large organizations upper management are strong in communication transparency and inspiring employees. Middle managers though are another story: often promoted based on favoritism with no real management skill set inspite of internal training.
