-a lot of opportunities to move and grow -supportive management team -company incentives and benefits (employee share purchase plan, wellness account etc.) -provide opportunities to network with upper management
Cons
-pay never seems to increase relative to the amount of work done -a lot of lateral positions that don't come with a pay raise -relatively high turnover -high workload, with high expectations -worklife balance can be improved on
