Pros
Some of the people are nice.
Cons
There are so many. There is a glass ceiling for women in the company. There is clear discrimination in upper management for anyone that isn't French Quebecois. They do everything they can to stall employee progress and keep them in the same job for years. They don't give inflation on salary increases. If you work for them for 5 years you'll get on average 1% increase per year while the new person who starts will make more salary than you. They are a truly vile company towards their employees and clients.
