Pros

Good and friendly higher management, Office Interior is great, Company provides cab facility for night shift, also provides breakfast one time in shift, All security guards are very polite and helpful, Good appraisals.

Cons

Most of the Companies don't even take interviews of employee of this company because notice period is of 60 days. Everyone wants growth in life, and while working if you learn new skills and want growth then its difficult to apply for IJP or switch company. For higher management it may get 60 days to get new employee but even for Level 1 or level 2 employees also notice period is 60 days which is not required at all, otherwise its good company to work. and higher management can not break rule of 60 days notice period even if back up employee is available.

Pros

The pay is reasonable and benefits are very good. Prospects when you’re in and established can also be good. Industry leaders in many product areas, so plenty of knowledge and learning opportunities if you want them.

Cons

It’s very hard to get a raise even when it’s earned. Loyalty and retention are not top of the agenda so turnover of staff is high. Very heavy on politics too, which often tends to impact morale quite severely.

Pros

Really good people on engineering side of things. Technologies are pretty much up-to-date with what is on the market.

Cons

No real influence on how and when things are done on lower level of management. No real impact of performance review process. Lot of promises but no real actions on employees issues and problems.
