Pros

Nothing to mention as pros

Cons

Work culture is terrific here. They keep asking the employees to work overtime everyday. It's been 6 months since i started working here. They don't provide the leaves as agreed in the offer letter. Forget about annual vacation leaves, you are barely allowed to take casual leaves. Management is not yet all friendly with employees. They treat the employees badly. Feeling regret to join here

Pros

1. Good office space in Hyderabad. 2. Industry standard compensation. 3. US ,UK and India team work in harmony. 4. No micromanagement. 5. Good food served in office. 6. Good health coverage including parents. 7. Open culture, you can reach out anyone and discuss your issues. India head is very proactive in meeting people and ensuring they have all the resources to work with. 8. HR and Talent aquisition teams are very hardworking and help people onboard very smoothly.

Cons

1. Shuttle service in long term. 2. Skyview should have ICE branding as well.

Pros

A good compensation package generally Friendly coworkers Nice office (but not the best)

Cons

Overworking and the risk of burnout is quite high - pile on the work, sometimes to unreasonable deadlines which cause employees to work extra long hours to get things across the line. Not bad if a once-off but this is actually regular. Promotion doesn't come when it probably should go to those who earned it. High enough turnover. Did nothing for Christmas 2020 (obviously no party), not even a hamper or a gift card or acknowledgment of how difficult the last year had been for everyone - would be nice for the morale of employees. They're a billion-dollar company, they can afford it.
