Pros

Big stable company, good benefits, fairly interesting job

Cons

This is my personal experience, might not be true for all of the company. A lot of employees left due to one higher manager that treated us like soldiers, didn't give enough break time, would snoop on us all day and scowl us for every small thing that didn't fit his way of work. There was no "team work", everybody was working alone and some "senior" employees would do the bidding of that manager and treat the new hires like gum on their shoes. I had to run away from there.

Pros

Company has broad business segments. Employees are willing to assist in projects. Have visibility into over all company reach.

Cons

Leadership is hands off. Groups lack direction and clarity. High turnover.
