      Pros

      Intelligent workforce. Lovely people. The business is doing well.

      Cons

      They have just reduced the pension for legacy members in the uk. No discussion, no concessions and all very underhand and cruelly done. And to those who have worked there for the longest time.

      Pros

      Excellent benefits, has no problem spending budget on new technologies.

      Cons

      Long hours (50+ hrs), their work from home policy only applies on the weekend. Limited growth, very operational mindset and repetitive. Annual pay is below average compared with the market.

      Pros

      I worked out of the Phoenix office (NYSE Governance Services) and the people there are (for the most part) great! Sadly they are closing that location.

      Cons

      There is no concern, care, or interest for the average employee. Once ICE came in and purchased the NYSE and its subsidiaries all benefits and wellness programs were stripped. They changed up the management and C-suite, which can be great, but not in this case. The president of Governance Services is a joke. He creeped everyone out and had dozens of HR complaints and investigations against him.
