Pros

It's a stable business. Stock options. I learned a lot in a short period of time.

Cons

As an accountant, they work you to death because the department is "lean", meaning there's not enough employees to do all the work. You're not paid enough for all the work you're expected to do. Forced to work July 4th. During year-end and busy times, expected to stay very late and come in on weekends at times. No respect for work/life balance. No flex time when I was there. Tough environment that's not for the faint of heart.

Pros

Terrific Fortune 500 resume builder now, large turnover and relocation of departments to the south and overseas.

Cons

Not up to par with competitors' salaries, quite apt to drop experienced, older employees in favor of transient, younger, less loyal employees. The high turnover caused by the lack of financial compensation and poor atmosphere causes undue stress on management to be constantly in a new hire training cycle.

Pros

None there are really nothing positive

Cons

This company took over our company and the lack of care for their employees is shocking. At our first meeting the HR man said directly we have 0 sympathy for those of you that are work from home. Many employees were hired remote and no where near an office, it leaves employees concerned constantly which makes a bad environment. Lack of compassion is huge. No company cell phones, no early leave days before holidays. You cant even decorate your office foe holidays (no power, tape or staples)
