      - Strong company morale and leading FinTech data provider. - Managers show a strong interest in building your career. - A ton of collaboration with other teams (Analysts, Engineers, Architects).

      Cons

      - It's corporate work, but it's what you make of it, in my opinion.

      Pros

      Great company to start a career, many opportunities if you get the right manager who is interested in the growth of the team and you as a professional. Good benefits, help with education, nice office.

      Cons

      From 4 days a week in the office to remote and now 5 days a week in the office, it's hard to manage if you have a family and spend lots of time in traffic. Hard to get promotions to move to Senior and then Lead positions.
