Pros

Decent starting salary Benefits are competent Good place to accrue knowledge and skills

Cons

Ice does not care about its employees. Upper management will make sweeping company wide decisions with employee benefits that negatively effect employees with no explanation or data to backup their decision. No remote work. Employee feedback is ignored. Constant micromangement Awful office setups and infrastructure in both Atlanta and Jacksonville locations.
