Not as good as it seems

Pros

They like to shake things up in areas they expand into, and are constantly looking for new opportunities to grow through M&A. There are a lot of very bright people here.

Cons

Constant pressure to cut costs past the point of what clearly makes sense for a business line. Senior management frequently intransigent in their point of view, even when clearly wrong. Most business lines outside of core energy markets can be sacrificed to protect the core business. Poor work/life balance if you want career advancement.
