Pros

Salary gets credited timely. ESOP Options available. Good for person who wants to work from office

Cons

1. 5 days a week and enforcing that with non reasonable method and understanding. 2. Product company but works like Service company. 3. No Learning specifically related to Technology. 4. Middle and Top level management sometime discuss more about leaves, attendance and clock time than Objectives; customer. 5. Discrimination in Benefits: No AC vehicle in commute; on top of that if you are staying outside their catchment area; they dont even provide cab or traveller. 6. Never seen a HR doing anything; Has HRBP spoke to anyone in last 2-3 years for once? They royally ignore employee and their concern.
