Pros

Good 401k match, stock value

Cons

1930's vision on remote working. Decisions made from Atlanta for other areas in the country never align with the situations in those metro areas.

Pros

They have very well , but once u joined they will remind you that ur over paid. Notice period - The day when u resign the same day they will ask you to leave, they don't want to you influence other people.

Cons

Worst HR, Worst Management. No personal & Professional Growth. Technology wise very weak and most of the products used outdated technology /frameworks. You have to work like ur manager slave to get a good position or else they will throw you out. Indian management sucks !!
