Pros

Passionate people that believe in the product/service

Cons

The acquisition of Ellie Mae by ICE has been a disaster for the existing employees & management. Zero emphases on quality - ruled by numbers only in a short-sighted way. Excellent (previous) benefits have given way to ICE corporate benefits (marginal at best).
