      Large and getting disconnected

      Pros

      Controls a large set of assets which is a key competitive advantage. Reasonable benefits and compensation. Still a many good employees at the lower to senior levels left.

      Cons

      Management is micromanaging too much with monitoring RTO. Atlanta senior management has fixed views on the rest of the offices and shows favoritism.
