Really gone down hill

Pros

Vacation time is still generous

Cons

Many people have been laid off leaving most groups understaffed. Also many fringe benefits have been cut. The company moral is in the toilet. Senior management has pushed its employees too far.

No Growth

Pros

Great people to work with. You can expect to learn new tools/technologies based on your job requirement. Don't know how the situation is handled by the new management.

Cons

No growth plan for any position. Management looks down on junior level employees. Work Life balance is horrible, to say the least. This company is only for the new employees when they have no demands. Once they grow into skilled professionals, they no longer stay back because they know that their future is not bright with this company.
