Pros

good to start you career & get exposure but after a while will be stuck in the box and cant move out . but all depends on which department you are in.

Cons

NO WFH , NO meaningful pay hikes .No work life balance . expect everyone to know everything without training .

Pros

I can't think of any.

Cons

This was one of the worst jobs I’ve ever had. Management is disorganized, unprofessional, and completely disconnected from the reality of day-to-day work. Communication is either nonexistent or full of mixed messages, which leaves employees confused and frustrated. There is no real opportunity for growth, and any feedback you give is ignored. The culture is toxic, with high turnover and low morale across the board. Expectations are unrealistic, and you’re not given the tools or support to succeed. I would not recommend working here to anyone unless you’re desperate for a paycheck.
