Decent pay and benefits, employee stock purchase and charity marching programs. Diverse employee base and chance to interact with folks around the world in different offices.

Cons

Run like the big publicly traded company it is - seems management is more focused on impressing Wall Street analysts than anything else.

Pros

1) they pay slightly above the local market (in the UK) 2) WLB is good, no issues at all 3) people are very nice

Cons

1) old and ugly legacy code, hard to read and hard to support 2) engineering culture is 15 years old 3) very bad laptops with no root and poor performance 4) career growth is not transparent at all
