Good benefits and good people to work with.

Cons

The company changes every year. First hired for full remote now it’s back to 5 days a week in office when they said it would never be more than 3. Many people unhappy

Pros

Used to be the bonus, until last year. 1% increment on the base. 4% reduction in bonuses.

Cons

1) CEO is a loser who just follows whatever JP Morgan does, but doesn't have the guts to admit to it. Shows weasel leadership qualities 2) 5 days work from office mandate AFTER JP Morgan announced it. Basically, Jeffrey's telling us he couldn't care less about employees
