Pros

Nothing at all. Only a few good people around.

Cons

The company itself is a joke! There is no structure whatsoever. Please avoid at all costs unless you are 50 years old and have no ambition at all! A lot of partiality going on.

Pros

Good company to start to familiarize with financial systems and environment. Good bulilding, good computers and good organised in respect from the management. Nice canteen and pleace located (IFSC). Multinational, workers from everywhere with really different personalities. The daily work is based in your own pace, even though you need to get the daily targets. Otherwise, if you are not getting the daily targets there is no much trouble. So freedomly environment and self dependant.

Cons

There are no promotions. That is clear: You start, and you go out with the same responsability and job title. You can do 100 houres extra, work a lot that you will not be able to move forward with another better tittle. Repetitive tasks, as always, when you work in a financial company. Important: There should be a pool table in the canteen. Whoever reads it, please insist on it.

Pros

Salary, Bonus, Work challenge and Fitness focused

Cons

-Way too much work load. 70-80 work week including Saturdays even for non-critical work. -Management chews more than it can swallow, too many project with very short unrealistic deadlines with sub par delivery all for the sake of cost saving. -Project timeline slippage is frequent -Managers are persuasive but not logical or technical.
