Pros

some good team mates good place to understand finance concepts sometimes free food.

Cons

Tech is still in the flintstones era. lots of really old employees who have not moved in the last 20years and refuse to listen to new concepts or listen as courtesy to them and simply dont want to change. some managers have really poor people skills. if your looking to upgrade for your next role, don't think your tech stack will land you a good job in your next leap from here. compensation is poor compared to the market and asking for a raise is like arguing with HR, if they do give a popcorn raise except to be schooled on how much they had to fight for it.

Pros

Nice modern office and Herman-Miller furniture you get to use.

Cons

Leadership is corrupt. Promotion is based on favoritism. No growth for the rest. Pay that is promised in the offer is not what you get - unvested RSUs is where and when they decide to cut you. Do not recommend.

Pros

Work and life balance. No overtime. Easy job if you speak European or Asian languages. Good training programme.

Cons

Your boss is in India. You do have a TL and manager in Dublin office, but they report to India manager rather than the US. Most of the senior staffs are leaving because of this matter. Lack of management is a big issue. Your TL is always on sick leaves or maternity leaves and they never found a replacement. Just saying that reach out to the senior members while they are all new.
