      - Some great people at the ground level. - Some great wellbeing. - Good for fresher to start and those who are not self-motivated.

      Cons

      - Narrow ambition. Do things in a conservative way. Afraid of publishing to Steam or developing for consoles. - Short-cycle and low-cost development. Impossible to have AAA level games. - Stuck in past glory whilst the industry passes by sometimes. - Lack of creativity. Making money based on gambling game.
