Some really good Managers. Amazing new campus. Opportunities to work in a manufacturing environement. Health initiatives. Good team work. Lot of experience.

Cons

It is very political at the top sometimes but then that may be true for other companies too. Poor communication sometimes.

Compensation is decent and location is a fun place. The campus is amazing as well. There is a push to increase open communication as a company.

Cons

Corporate decisions are questionable. Engineering does not get the full support from the business as needed to make a great product.
