Plenty of training and good salary, plus good position in the market, excelent products with great quality. Nice place to work at with modern tools.

Cons

too many meetings with management, travel up to 80%, some authoritarism in management, useless meetings iwth no advance. budgets out of reach.

Leadership decisions have led to poor financial performance and has impacted employee morale as there is temporary freeze in employee movement, no annual increase for 2012, and no incentive plan payouts on the horizon for the foreseeable future.

Great facility, the training programs, especially in finance, are excellent,the fitness center is better than some health clubs, the cafeteria is the best I've seen anywhere.

Cons

Financially, the company just isn't doing well in 2012, and that impacts the morale. the work environment, and eventually will impact the staffing levels. In short, because of the transition the company is going through, you can expect few opportunities for advancement or even raises/bonuses in the near term. Long-term, this should get better, so it's going to depend on what your. horizon is.
