      Good company. Average benefits

      Pros

      Smart and driven people. Impactful work. Culture is team dependent, but on average its great. Good work life balance, but again depends on the team.

      Cons

      The pay is designed to keep you at the company for at least 2 yrs. The benefits are not great due to the smaller size of the company. You get fewer federal holidays compared to other companies. Expectation is to be in office 4 days a week at minimum Not a very diverse company

      - Company is well funded - Large number of and wide variety projects = lots of job opportunities - Company mission directly supports energy transition

      Cons

      - Poor leadership; organizational dysfunction - Unstructured, highly subjective performance and promotion evaluation framework - Lower compensation than many competitors; disappointing especially given how well funded the company is
