      Great benefits, horizontal movement and opportunities in other departments

      Cons

      Company has been on the decline for years and is slow to transition to typical eCommerce. Network marketing is on the decline and the base employees are taking the hit rather than upper management. Lack of opportunities for advancement or raises. Yearly cutbacks including employment.
