Business Outlook
Pros
The environment was great to work in. Most everyone was pleasant to work with and overall had no issues any one person. Very flexible when needing to work from home and my management team were open to constructive feedback and gave it right back.
Cons
At one point, felt that the organization would give in too quickly to the requests/demands of the field leaders and senior leadership would change priorities too often. This lead to frustration for all departments as everyone would have to pivot to meet the new requirements that didn't lead to profitable results.
