Pros

Easy to get along with most of the employees there; fun environment, promises of career advancement.

Cons

Company hides behind disclaimers and legal shrouds which are beaten into employees during training. Products aren't guaranteed to work; no accountability to customers in the sense of fulfilling success stories. Ownership turns a blind eye to blatant fraudulent activity by independent consultants (fake accounts in place to secure business volume, for example) and discourages CSRs from asking questions.

Favoritism and Niche experience

Business Outlook

Pros

The people I worked with I genuinely cared for

Cons

The favoritism in this place is unreal. Try to move on from the call center and they will hire an outside person who has no idea what the day to day operations are, over you. Don’t let them think you’ll be able to move any place other than the calm center. And also don’t get confused that being in the call center makes you a part of the rest of the company, because you’ll always see that **** portion under and announcement saying customer care not included ***** . Yet according to the third floor the goal is so obsess over the customer experience yet the COO was not aware the shakes and many other core products can’t make it past 6 months without going bad!? Beware.

Pros

On my first few years on board, i was so happy to be working in Isagenix as they have vision, mission & even 12 core values they i see how the mgmt work towards it as a team. It shape the culture of what Isagenix was all about.

Cons

However, the Owners - Coovers family does not know how hard the staffs are working for Isagenix that created a NO work-life balance due to the limited resources that the team have. Having said that, staff are working all round the clock, putting all efforts in doing a 3 - 4 person workloads which is also equivalent to a 1 person working in 1 specific department in HQ. I experienced 2 layout periods & the last layoff was my worst experienced. I don't feel sad been layoff by Isagenix. In fact, i was frustrated on how impulsive Isagenix MGMT & the owners - Coovers made decision in creating distraction for the Field leaders who built up the momentum for their team. There should be transition period for the field to adjust towards a self-developing & self-building of their team instead of downsizing of the company to only 2 staffs. This isn't how a business function, the first mentally of the company should be on the field leaders momentum & emotion first. 12 core values was created only for less than 2 years and it was brought down. Which Isagenix simply does not do as per their core values. Family & Integrity wasn't put into practice. No-compromise product guarantee wasn't put into practice as well.
