Needs a lot of work

Pros

- Better work/life balance than most companies I've seen - Team outings - Bonus around Christmas time

Cons

- Workload significantly increasing over time, not enough compensation to make up for it - Inconsistent and disorganized processes - Negative feedback is given more than positive - Different ideas/views seen as negative - Lack of support in career path, and management discourages transferring to other departments - Poor training, if any at all - Lots of politics and favoritism, only certain people get recognized. Certain people are able to things, while it's frowned upon for others.

Pros

Explosive growth Raises every year Good people

Cons

First let me start by saying that associates are customers, this review is about corporate employees. the company is very disorganize, since there is a steady flow of cash, expenditures are becoming an issue, and management is becoming greedy, that sometimes to the detriment of the company. At the moment this mistakes are not noticeable but once the explosive growth stops, they will become apparent. Opened too many markets and cannot control them to the point that there is no growth in certain countries.

Growing Pains

Pros

Exciting, fast-paced company. Redefining the network marketing industry. Challenging with many opportunities to advance your skills. The most successful people at this company take initiative and always do more than is expected. Nice bonuses.

Cons

A lot of turnover in upper management combined with a lot of very young, just-out-of-school people and brand new employees is a constant challenge. There is also a strong hierarchy of ego and power as you move up the ladder. Because of the massive growth, there are a lot of growing pains with little to no process in many of the departments. At peak times of the year, staff work 18+ hour days to reach goals. Even though this is a company with a health and wellness focus, I would be hesitant to say they appreciate work/life balance and tend to reward those people who only live to work.
