      Very health-minded company that walks the talk. This company also takes pretty good care of it's employees.

      Cons

      Some of the leaders have challenging personalities and the structure is such that you may be more limited in what you can do and how far you can grow because it's top heavy.

It's like your local grocery store paying you to use their products to improve your health, except there is nothing like this at the grocery store! Among direct marketing companies in the nutritional food products category, I feel that Isagenix is #1.
