      Pros

      Love the work that I do and my co-workers. Our entire department has a great atmosphere

      I want to stay at JBS, but I am ridiculously underpaid. They overpay the 20 some things, trying to get them to stay, and it never works. They leave after 4 or 5 years. If you are over 40 and not already on an executive path- you are DEAD to them. It’s nearly impossible to advance. I honestly don’t know how they haven’t been sued for age discrimination, it is that egregious.
