Business Outlook
Pros
You can get away with a lot if you're lazy, and if you're hard working you might just be recognized if you do a good job. Production is terrible, but environmental is awesome. Based only on the job requirements, I love working in environmental.
Cons
Management is an entirely political game, and sometimes that negatively effects workplace efficiency. Managers can be out of touch with reality, and they expect band aid solutions for everything, because they get a bonus for not going over budget at the end of the year. Benefits are... meh. Just ok. I wouldn't work here if I wasn't in environmental.
