      Great people, but many broken promises.

      Pros

      There are many high preforming people working at the corporate office. You will have the freedom to carve out your own career path after the 1st year.

      Cons

      Don't always believe when raises or promotions are promised. To much is giving to developing the managers and not enough for the rest of the departments staff. Can you do 50hrs of work in 40 for about 80% of the average pay for that position?

      some ability to work up through the company. many of the team members are very good people and willing to try their best.

      Cons

      pay rates are not competitive, work hours are very long at corporate as well as the plants, often times support from management is not there. working in a slaughterhouse is not appealing to many people so getting quality help is a problem

      Don't even know if there is any Pros to this company. The great location in Greeley! I think that's all.

      Cons

      That's the worst company I have ever worked. They treat people like numbers. There is no communication. No proper training is offered. Long hours. Low wages. High turnover because nobody wants to stay in the company for a long time. Many people that I know working there have quit their jobs, too. That is an awful place to be. Plants and corporate as well.
