      It can help get your foot into the recruiting world.

      Cons

      No raises unless the federal government mandates it. Rampant favoritism, with unequal treatment between all employees. A recruiting environment that is dead silent at times depending on which 'higher up' is around.

      The supervisors in maintanince have got to be the biggest bunch of dicks!!! All they want to do is write some one up!?? Esecipally if you have a run in with one of them!!!! Good ole boy. Club!!! Nasty place to work!!! Stupid Rednecks!!!! The place is about to fall down. Low pay hard work in the water. The blood and guts. No. Money!!!! Don't. Go there

      Not worth the pay for new grads

      Pros

      A lot of training, good opportunity to learn and get a lot of experience condensed into a short amount of time. High pay for inexperienced new graduates. There are some select managers that are excellent, but these are rare.

      Cons

      Consistently worked 20 and 30 hours of overtime in a week, and was not additionally compensated for it. Some management does not appreciate extra hours and work done but comes to expect it. Harassment from line workers is the norm and was not addressed.
