      Pros

      In their heyday great company to work for with excellent benefits. The benefits and work life balance helped one to overlook the fact that they were probably not being paid a competitive salary.

      1. Nepotism 2. Poor planning 3. Lack of innovation - kept relying on what works. That will catch up to ya. 4. Mismanagement of people 5. As diverse as they were, no sensitivity training on race relations or work place bullies 6. Nepotism 7. Poor communication from the top
