Pros

Benefits & some managers do their own thing to make employees feel special but not all. You can pretty much create your own opportunities if you present it to the right people.

Cons

- Some managers have unrealistic expectations and feel like they have to compete with their subordinates to stay on top. Some leaders see your potential and are too scared you’ll take their place or grow to a higher-paying role before them because they do the bare minimum to keep their positions. Warehouse has virtually no growth AT ALL. You have people there for years in the same position who only get a 50cent raise each year IF they offer raises that year.

Dear Former Employee, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback which we do take very seriously. We want each of our candidates, new hires, employees and customer experiences to be positive. I would like to address the feedback that you mention about being solicited to do a review on Indeed. We do not solicit our new hires for feedback, but we also do not discourage employees from wanting to share their experience on the internet, especially regarding the new hire orientation as we are always looking at ways we can improve and appreciate any feedback to make it better. We also greatly appreciate hearing positive feedback on how we are doing currently as it gives us some insight as to what new members who are joining benefit most from. So, to summarize, we don’t solicit for feedback, but we allow employees to give feedback as we always want to make sure we are meeting the needs of all new hires as they join our team. Regarding the statement, “ Some managers have unrealistic expectations and feel like they have to compete with their subordinates to stay on top. Some leaders see your potential and are too scared you’ll take their place or grow to a higher-paying role before them because they do the bare minimum to keep their position.” We do place great emphasis on promoting internally and providing our employees an opportunity to grow and develop within their current role or perhaps in a different department all together. In fact, by the end of the 2020 calendar year, we had internally transferred more than 15 employees to roles that were different from the position they started in at Jeunesse This gives them the opportunity to expand their knowledge and create a career path right here at Jeunesse. Again, we welcome this feedback and would be happy to discuss further offline. Very Sincerely Yours, Jeunesse Global Human Resources Team
