      The people make it worth coming in. The office space is nice

      Cons

      There is no work life balance Leaders don't know how to lead Constant RIF's - hire people and rif a couple of months later, poor planning Tons of uncertainty Good Ole Boys Club Lack of accountability by leaders Bad Behavior - people yell at one another in meetings

      Pros

      Friendly work atmosphere with great colleagues. Good benefits and vacation time. Competitive salary with opportunities to advance.

      Cons

      There is a yearly ethics certification, but ethical behavior is not modeled from the top. Very driven by quarterly results and the concern over layoffs to meet results always top of mind.
