      Pros

      Laid back for interns. Involvement with the team. Big place to switch around departments

      Not many full-time opportunities for interns who are graduating, but the experience is still worth it.

      Pros

      There is online and offsite location training for both technical and non technical. It is improvement compared to when I first started. There is opportunity to work with people from diverse culture and background.

      Cons

      Sometimes you get people who don't know what they are doing but they had the opportunity to be in a leadership position. Not everyone takes the internal review seriously. They don't even bother to provide feedback until annual review. There can be high turnover of staff at certain locations and the replacement may not know what happened. They get frustrated and leave. This cause the vicious cycle to repeat itself.
