      - multinational where you can really extend your skills and knowhere, where you can learn and grow

      Cons

      - if you work in a HQ role (or European HQ role), things are more easy to grow in the company. If you work in a local branch, it is a complete different life and not that easy - continuous SG&A cost cuting projects, cutting to and sometimes even in the bone of the employees. - due to very high senior management rotation, the strategy and tactics change quite often

      The company had opportunities for growth but sold their Automotive business as they want to focus on other business.

      Pros

      The compensation was very good, above average in general. Bonus was also good when there was one. There is definitely room for growth and promotions in the company but it seems like there are more opportunities if you work in the head quarter in Milwaukee, WI as its the common case for companies.

      Cons

      Lot of overtime hours if you are in the Automotive business. At the end, the automotive business was sold to Visteon.

      Great people, very high ethical standards, excellent benefits. All around a very decent company to work for.

      Sometimes struggles to put the focus on the customers needs as opposed to what they want to sell.
