      Everyone on the team worked together, no one schucked responsibility, professional aptmosphere, we all were part of something working to achieve.

      Cons

      Lots, and lots, and lots, and lots of hard work, but I say that in fun. Because at the end of the day you can say that you accomplished something and that is great.

      salary is not the best one; no politic for bonuses for rewards in Bulgaria; too many documentation work for engineers ;

      Had to work weekends and be on call 24 hours - I averaged 60 hours a week, which was less than many people Little feedback from management Poor work-life balance
