      Not the company to work for right out of college....terrible

      Pros

      Salary is initially good first year out after college.

      Cons

      They expect you to give all of your time to the work you do...no sense of work life balance. HR is terrible, only there to back management. Lack of leadership within the company. Going downhill, fast.

      Pros

      Very good health benefits. Economy of scale, can order supplies in bulk, more savings for our customers. A well recognized company in the industry.

      Cons

      Very large company. Extremely difficult to stand-out from such a large crowd. Managers are not personable and advancement is difficult. A conservative working environment, changes are difficult to come by and slow to react to the faster pace demand of the new economy. Definitely not suitable for well educated and out-of-the-box thinkers.

      Cons

      - continued changes at executive leadership level leading to continued organizational redesign, long term objectives & strategies are difficult to set and to be reached - employee benefits offering can be improved - more focus should go to effective succession planning - US driven policies and structures limiting European ownership required to meet European business needs
