      J&J discriminates against white males due to focus on diversity initiatives

      Diversified markets create more job security in current economy than other employers

      Cons

      J&J's focus on Diversity has resulted in the blatant discrimination of white males. It is getting worse lately and many white male exectives are losing their tolearance for these discriminatory practices. Even Senior level Females and Minorities admit this has become J&J's practice and many are critical of the recent practices.

      Come for the health benefits, leave becaues of the work environment.

      Health benefits are great. Room for promotion if you know the right people.

      Cons

      Employees are not trained properly. Management does not communicate with subordinates. Difficult to do your own work when you need to rely on others for assistance but they do not respond. No one takes accountability. Environment is very political.
