Business Outlook
Pros
Global presence, generally strong co-workers, steady amount of work, good people, take safety/family/community seriously. I learned quite a bit and enjoyed the projects I worked on. A high percentage of "good people" within each team. Personally, my team was quite strong and is the reason I was courted from another company.
Cons
With the big comes the slow (they are trying to adapt, it will take time), sub-standard pay, significant hours due to downsized staff. Not deal breakers though. Houston location.
