Business Outlook
Pros
If you are a start employee you will shine at KBR. Work-life-balance is a plus at KBR and you are able to participate in the alternate work week shcedule where you work 80/9. Over KBR provides a relaxed work enviorment and you are able to work on personal acheivements to find a better job.
Cons
There is very little chance to move up within the company unless you know someone that is willing to promote you. There is a lack of professionlism among most of the workers and there are a significant amount of people that are under qualified to work in the positons that they are in; therefore management is subpar because they were promoted into the positon by a friend.
