      Directionless company and management but some excellent people and a good working atmosphere

      Pros

      supportive, gives respect to employees, sometimes dynamic, good place to work, variety of work and good attitude to developing experience

      Cons

      Very American although the UK fights against this, ultimately it loses. Very slow to grasp opportunity and capture fast moving business, very slow turnover of senior management who spend most of their time managing their managers.

      Pros

      Good money. You don't have to pay to eat or live so that is nice. Good vacations for a contractor, one every 4 months.

      Cons

      Terrible management. Pretty ineffecient and corrupt company. They are big on hiring unqualified kenyans who have no idea what they are doing.
