      Pay could be better.

      Pros

      Great projects to work on at NASA. Benefits are okay.

      Cons

      It is hard to get a raise on the government contract side. I should have also made senior engineer and all I got was an email saying thank you for your continued service with the company. You don’t get bonuses like other KBR engineers do when you work on the government contract side. Sometimes really hard to take time off.

      Good people, great culture in Sydney. Good management, caring culture.

      Cons

      American company controlled by Trump’s hatred. All diversity and inclusion programs cut. Some teams treated like slaves.
