      KBR US Construction doesn't have a clue.

      Pros

      Compensation and Benefits are great. KBR is willing to pay more than their competition. KBR will have a lot of available positions in the next few years due to older employees going into retirement.

      Cons

      KBR U.S. Construction is running their projects into the ground. Upper management in Houston does not have the knowledge to identify competent site management. Upper management hire and promote people that lack intelligence and abilities. Upper management hire and promote people cut from the same cloth.

      They're losing a lot of employees...something's not right. They haven't been winning much work lately and are forcing people out. Health benefits, PTO and holidays are average.
